These terms outline how Ever Near Companion enquiries, consultations, visits, cancellations, and service boundaries work.
Service scope
Ever Near Companion provides companionship and practical support. We are not a medical provider or personal care agency and do not provide clinical care, medication management, personal care, or emergency response services.
Consultations and visits
A free consultation helps us understand routines, preferences, risks, access details, and family update preferences. Visits only begin once the agreed support plan, timing, and practical arrangements are confirmed.
Family updates
Family updates are provided only where appropriate consent is in place. Updates are practical visit notes, not clinical assessments or guarantees of health status.
Cancellations and changes
Visit timings and support needs can change. We ask families to give as much notice as possible for cancellations, access changes, or temporary pauses.
Safeguarding and emergencies
If we believe someone is at immediate risk, we may contact emergency services or appropriate safeguarding contacts. Ever Near Companion should not be used as an emergency monitoring service.
